Procedure for Handling Associate Suggestion
|
- The associate will submit the form; then the Vice President of Human Resources will review the suggestion and deliver the suggestion to the appropriate executive(s).
- The CEO and the appropriate executive(s) will meet no less than once per month to consider the submitted suggestions
- The CEO will determine if the suggestion is to be considered.
- If the Dealership, Region or Company installs the suggestion then the associate(s) FreedomReward's Pre-Paid Credit Card will be credited with the award(s).
