- Suggestions remain valid for one year from their submission.
- Cash awards are paid after acceptance by the Suggestion Committee
- Decisions made by the Associate's Suggestion Program are final.
- The ASP has the exclusive right to set award policy and structure.
- The Regional President retains the right to terminate or change the Associate Suggestion Program at any time.
- The use of Associate's suggestions by the dealership shall not be the basis of further claims of any kind by the Associate, or the Associate's' heirs/assigns.
