Holiday Holdings LLC, the nationwide alliance of RV dealerships formed earlier this year, will acquire Sirpilla RV Supercenter of Akron, Ohio, in January, according to Holiday Holdings President Marcus Lemonis.

Sirpilla RV will have around $35 million in sales revenue this year and, in January, it will open a second location on the same property as the Camping World aftermarket accessories store in nearby Brunswick, Ohio, Lemonis added.

Holiday Holdings is not a dealership roll-up or a buying group intended to pressure manufacturers to lower their wholesale prices.

The dealerships that now are a part of Holiday Holdings will maintain their separate identities and their principals will make their own choices in terms of product selection.

The first group of dealers to join Holiday Holdings included: Craig Jensen of Blaine Jensen & Sons in Utah; Al Binford of Emerald Coast RV Center, with locations in northern Florida and southern Alabama; Kent Lester of Holiday Kamper, with locations in North and South Carolina; Randy Thompson of Crystal Valley RV in suburban Chicago and Mike Stier, who owned several locations in Southern California, north of Los Angeles.
