The FreedomRoads LLC national dealership alliance made its first move into the Pacific Northwest market with the acquisition of Foley’s EazyTime RV, located in Burlington, Wash., about 50 miles north of Seattle, according to Marcus Lemonis, president of FreedomRoads.

Foley’s, a full-line dealership that inventories several Monaco Coach Corp. motorhome brands and Keystone RV Co.’s Cougar and Montana travel trailers and fifth-wheels, had around $24 million in sales in 2003, Lemonis said.

The dealership’s principals, brothers Ron and Rex Foley, will continue as operators of the business, he added.

Foley’s, whose market territory extends from Seattle to the Canadian border, has "the kind of image and success we’d like to be associated with, Lemonis said.

"This is the first of several acquisitions planned in the Pacific Northwest," Lemonis added. "The greater Seattle market still provides opportunities for acquisitions as does the Portland (Ore.) and Sacramento (Calif.) markets."
